Two hands, different rules · 60 seconds

Exercise
«Gun / Goat»

Combine two asymmetric signs: a finger gun and a horns sign. Swap them on cue without mixing up your fingers.

Try with camera

Camera access is available only in the app, with your permission.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Keep your hands visible without overlapping them.
  2. Show a finger gun on the left and horns on the right.
  3. Hold the shapes until the green cue.
  4. Swap both gestures together. Keep following the cues for one minute.

What to pay attention to

For the finger gun, extend the thumb and index finger. For the horns sign, extend the index and little finger. The little finger is easy to forget when swapping. Learn both positions with each hand before combining them, and do not force an uncomfortable finger position just to satisfy the tracker.

Common mistakes

  • Keeping the little finger bent in the horns sign.
  • Switching early or with only one hand.
  • Turning the hands so fingers overlap in the camera view.

Make it easier

Try each shape with one hand without a camera, then combine them slowly. Check your thumb and little finger before each swap.

Once it feels familiar

Keep your hands at the same height and swap on cue. Reduce extra movements instead of simply moving faster.

Who can try it

Anyone interested in trying a short two-hand coordination task. Children can learn with an adult, without speed or score targets. Start at a comfortable pace and stop if the movement is uncomfortable. This is a game, not a health test or treatment.
