Exercise
«Opposite circles»
Trace circles in opposite directions with your hands. Try to keep both hands moving at the same pace.
Try with cameraCamera access is available only in the app, with your permission.
Step-by-step instructions
- Make room and keep both hands inside the frame.
- On screen, move the left hand clockwise and the right hand counterclockwise.
- Trace clear circles without leaving the frame.
- Keep a shared pace and follow the prompts. If you lose direction, restart the next circle calmly.
What to pay attention to
This exercise tracks the path of each hand instead of finger shapes. Follow the on-screen arrows because the camera view is mirrored. Move the centre of each hand around a circle rather than just rotating your wrist in place. Choose a circle size that keeps both hands fully visible.
Common mistakes
- Moving both hands in the same direction.
- Tracing circles too small for the tracker to detect.
- Stopping one hand while the other keeps moving.
Make it easier
Practise each direction separately without a camera, then combine the movements slowly with a comfortable range.
Once it feels familiar
Aim for matching circle sizes and a shared pace. Keep the path smooth without increasing the range to an uncomfortable level.
Who can try it
Anyone interested in trying a short two-hand coordination task. Children can learn with an adult, without speed or score targets. Start at a comfortable pace and stop if the movement is uncomfortable. This is a game, not a health test or treatment.

Thumb / OK
Show a thumbs-up with one hand and an OK sign with the other. Swap both gestures together while keeping their shapes clear.
